1st time or one time cleaning Plz note if you have purchased by the hour you get up to the amount of time purchased. Flat rates get all as needed.
Deep clean entails: Sanitizing all counter tops and tables, sinks, faucets, outside of appliances, inside microwave, toilets, showers, tubs, dust blinds and window sills, cobwebs, baseboards, (washing extra), ceiling fans, light fixtures, sticky chairs if you have kids, the legs of chairs if needed, smudges on door frames and beveled edges, outside of garbage can, top of refrigerators (if cleaned off) electrical outlets, dust vents, extra attention to mold in the shower, extra attention to floors and furniture with dog hair, smudges on door frames, 2 door windows, sweep, vacuum, mop, vacuum stairs, spot clean walls, back splash on oven and by sink and special requests. Windows are extra but can be included with a flat rate.
Move In/Out - All of the above. add inside of refrigerator, oven and microwave, inside cabinets and drawers, windows. (Refrigerator and oven are $25 each) FYI you cannot order a routine cleaning on a home that is empty.
Basic routine cleaning. (works great for those who have had their home professionally deep cleaned or have kept up the home) Sanitize counter tops, tables, sinks, faucets, toilets, showers, tubs, dust, sweep, vacuum, mop and special requests by regular customers.

Yes we do dishes. Dishes cannot have been in sink for more than 8 hours and dishwasher must be empty.
Yes we make beds (upon request) We only make beds so long the room is large enough to get in around the whole bed and so long as sheets are large enough.
No we do not make bunk beds but we do straighten out blankets and pillows.
Sorry our maids cannot take off their shoes however if you have shoe coverings we would be glad to put them on.
We offer weekly, bi weekly, monthly, occasional. You can also purchase our services by the hour. Hourly rates are per maid, man hours. So if you purchase 3 hours one girl will stay 3 hours but if two maids come they stay 1 1/2 hours because two maids do twice the work in half the time.
If you have a larger home over 1500 sq feet and need a deep clean it is always best to get a flat rate. EMAIL US to discuss.
